Mr. Horner graduated in December of 1979 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington.

After several years as a tax and audit supervisor for a large accounting firm, he went into private business in the areas of oil and gas, real estate, construction, and insurance as a Chief Financial Officer.
